Stream Restoration Project
Work got underway on April Fool's Day, and the first phase was completed 15May.
The 2nd phase started 9July, and was completed in August.
Final inspection & report will be done soon.
Association Merger
Much progress has been made on the proposed merger of the two HOAs. The Bylaws have been merged & reconciled, as have the Covenants and Restrictions. We hope to bring it to a vote early next year.
