but it was a heavy snow, leading to many broken limbs...hopefully only trees.
But 5 of our neighbors on the circle still haven't cleared their sidewalks, as required by
Loudoun County Ordinance.
The ordinance calls for violators to face a fine of up to $250 a day,
not to mention the liability if other than tree limbs get broken.
