Annual Meeeting

The Annual Meeting of the Cardinal Glen of Loudoun Homeowner’s Association, Sections 1&2, will be held on Monday, January 25th, at 7:00 PM in room C at the Eastern Loudoun Public Library (near Home Depot in the Cascades shopping center).

Elections will be held to select the board, last year's financial statement and the 2010 budget will be reviewed.

It is extremely important that you or your proxy be present at the meeting. We must have enough voting members represented, in person or through proxy, to legally hold the Annual Meeting.

If you are sincerely unable to attend this meeting, please complete a proxy and return it to The Board, or give your proxy to a neighbor or Director who will be attending the meeting in person.

See you there!
